Healing and thriving through relationships

 

Feelings do not cause suffering. Feelings strengthen our learning and memories, inspire us to take action, and reveal the meaning and purpose in our lives. Suffering is created by the anxiety our feelings evoke, and by the defenses we employ to manage this anxiety.

Sadly, we often learn in one relationship or another that closeness and sharing lead to pain. Our work will seek an understanding of this pattern, and provide a corrective emotional experience. Together, we will help you find peace and agency within your emotional experiences and within your relationships with others.
